Mainly testing out another brush.

WIP, sketching some face today, need to be better at faces. Also body since need to be better at that too!

Click here for I guess finished sketch. The left edge didn't scan right in that but no problem since only the part of a hat (which you can't recognize as a hat) got ruined.

Yup. Gonna paint it today/tomorrow.

Edit: WHOOPS, wrong date on the files, oh well. (supposed to be 22 instead of 20)

Running dude

IT'S NOT DIFFERENT AT ALL. Actually it's a bit different, but not remarkably so. Did this to test out my new brushes which I quite like. Not going to be a DRAMATIC QUALITY INCREASE or anything if at all though, just like the feel compared to my other brushes.

Another hand

Red hand, the green one is much better since I pencilled that first, this I just eyeballed and didn't even eyeball that well. Also red paint that I mostly used was somewhat terrible when painting, this thing looks much worse in person.

Dudeface

WIP images! Only because I thought doodling silly faces would be HILARIOUS. (It wasn't and quality terrible since I just took a picture of the drawing)

Yup.

Still sort of WIP and quite terrible, if anybody ever anywhere can guess who it was supposed to be, I will give that person a MILLION DOLLARS. No I won't. Probably can't be arsed to finish this but who knows.

Hands!

First I did a pencil drawing of a hand. (My own hand!)

And then I splashed green all over it. And a dot of red.

Tricked again!

She actually isn't an amputee, I just ran out of reference on those parts. Also terrible face, I need to practice faces more. Also anatomy. Also everything else ever. And whoah that colour I used for shadows is way different from what it looked like in the light I worked in, looks better after scanning really.

Yeah, no reference or really looking closely at what I was doing, just doodled.

Text, heads, clouds and a tree.

Just testing out paint diluted and brush.

Doodlings. Didn't scan right in that one bit, but eh, can't be arsed to rescan these.

That topmost thing I sort of like, not very much and don't know why but do.

A tree. Only one thing about this that I like and it's the colour choices. For the tree that is, grass is a boring brown.

Actually did most if not all of these today so dating on the files itself is accurate, woop.

Mostly terrible things

Trying out painting things. Tried to emulate a thing on the bottom part there but I totally forgot how I did it on that other thing.

Various pencil doodlings. Not a whole face on the bottom there, just separate left and right eye.

Tried mangling a terrible brush I had to make it better for drawing with black paint - didn't work very well. Still better than what it was originally though.

That red face with the white thing is what I tried to emulate. Everything else is terrible.

I should paint from reference more so maybe would get something that's not horrible poop.
